LINE COOK
We are looking for a professional Line Cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
BARTENDER
We are looking for a professional, experienced bartender to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate must have experience preparing complex cocktails, able to work in a fast paced environment, have a passion for bartending, and is interested in establishing a career with an organization that believes in hospitality, and integrity.
Please note that ours is a service bar, meaning customers are not be seated at the bar or allowed to consume food or alcohol at our bar.
Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or over

2+ years of experience in full service bar and wine service

Experience in fine dining

Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Teamwork oriented

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic

Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked

Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus

Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, and team members

Ability to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, small wares, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Meet physical demands of the job that include but are not limited to: Standing for the 4-8 hour shift, Reaching, bending, shaking, stirring, pouring, carrying supplies, and lifting up to 50 pounds in weight on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:

Prepare our signature cocktails and wine according to our established recipes, procedures, and specifications

Prepare the bar for service

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for guests

Maintain bar inventory
-
Clean work areas, bar equipment, remove glasses from bar and take to dish area for cleaning

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Perform routine pour testing with management to ensure proper pouring technique
ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a the Assistant Manager, you will show leadership and involvement in shift management, modeling hospitality and service excellence. You will be required to develop staff, consistently execute all of the standards of service and deliver the highest quality of food and beverage products, while ensuring guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability.
POSITION SUMMARY: Assists the Owner/Director in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You are directly accountable for the supervision and management of the bar operations, the host, servers, and runners while maintaining the highest quality of beverage, service and safety standards.
