Born in Ghana, Chef Augusta Mensah migrated to the USA as a child, where her passion for cooking blossomed at an early age. Her love for creating flavorful dishes grew into a lifelong pursuit, leading her to refine her culinary skills over the past 32 years. She has worked alongside top chefs in New York, Virginia, and South Carolina, as well as at esteemed hotels, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
Through these experiences, Chef Augusta developed her signature approach to creating meals that not only nourish but also delight. Her passion for cooking shines through in every dish, driven by an unwavering commitment to delivering consistently delicious flavors.
