Our menu features Small Plates that invite you to indulge in a delightful culinary experience. MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

To maintain the elevated ambiance and exceptional service that Chayz Lounge is known for, a minimum spend of $25 per person (excluding taxes and gratuity) is required for parties of 1–4. For groups of 8–12, the minimum spend increases to $30 per person. If your total purchase falls below this amount, the difference will be added to your bill.

On average, guests spend $50 per person during their visit. Larger groups tend to dine differently than smaller parties, and this slightly higher minimum ensures that each guest contributes equitably to the experience.

This policy supports our ability to provide the quality service and elegant atmosphere our guests have come to expect. We invite you to bring your appetite to indulge in our delectable cuisine, Signature Cocktails, and curated wine selection.

GROUP POLICY FOR LARGE PARTIES

To ensure every guest enjoys the intimate atmosphere and experience we provide, we can no longer accommodate parties of more than 4 seated at the same table. For groups larger than 4, the following policies apply:

​

• Guests will be seated at separate tables. We cannot join tables to accommodate large parties, but we will do our best to seat your group close together.
   

• When purchasing tickets for yourself or others, you are reserving seats for the event. If any member of your party is unable to attend, you must notify us in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 charge per empty seat.
  
  This policy ensures that every seat is filled, helping us sustain our business while preserving the intimate experience Chayz Lounge is known for. We appreciate your cooperation.
   

• A valid credit card must be provided at the time of reservation or ticket purchase for groups of 8-12. This card will only be charged if the group fails to meet the minimum spend requirement.

​CODE OF CONDUCT

Our space is designed for a calm, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Respectful behavior in this shared environment is expected at all times. Guests must remain courteous to our staff, fellow guests, and show consideration to the musicians during the performance. Behavior that is disruptive or detracts from the experience of others will not be tolerated.

 

Specifically, we ask that guests refrain from:

• Loud Conversations.
   

• Using your cell phones in speaker mode.
   

• Changing seats frequently.
   

• Getting on stage during the performance.
   

• Repeated photography or video recording of the performance.
   

• Engaging in any behavior that may be offensive or harmful to others.
   

• Public displays of affection that may disrupt the refined ambiance of our space as well as the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, the following activities are not permitted on our premises:
 

• Consuming personal alcoholic beverages.
   

• Possession of concealed weapons.
   

• Use of illegal substances.
   

• Distribution of promotional materials.
   

• Littering or obstructing pathways and doorways.
   

• Use of offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
   

• Smoking (including cigars, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes).
   

• Harassment or offensive behavior toward guests or staff.
   

• Any form of discrimination, aggression, or intimidation.

To maintain our refined atmosphere, outside food, drinks, and decorations are not permitted.

AGE REQUIREMENT

At Chayz Lounge, we welcome adult guests aged 21 and older for a refined, mature experience. ​​​​​​​

LATE ARRIVAL

Our events begin promptly, and seats not claimed by showtime may be forfeited without a refund. If you anticipate being late, please text (803) 563-8375 so we can hold your seat(s).

ATTENDANCE POLICY

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can explore the possibility of transferring your ticket to a future show. As a courtesy to other guests and to help us maintain the intimate Chayz Lounge experience, we greatly appreciate timely communication regarding any changes to your attendance.

 

Please note that tickets are nonrefundable, and refunds will not be provided for no-shows. Your attendance directly contributes to the sustainability of our venue and the artists we feature, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

NO-SHOW POLICY

The purchase of food and beverages supports our sustainable business model. When purchasing tickets for yourself or others, you are reserving seats for the event. If any member of your party is unable to attend, you must notify us in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 charge per empty seat.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

At Chayz Lounge, our room is arranged with tables for 2 and 4 people. Additionally, we offer cabaret-style seating, which may include sharing tables with other guests.
